Reset network setting worked for me. I was having all of the same problems. I reset network settings, turned on and off the airplane mode, I turned off and on the cellular connection, turn on and off the LTE connection.

I figured it was a phone problem cause it would not locate any wifi. I found my problem…. I turned it on and the wifi was able to locate the network wifi. I was having some of these problems with my 5s. Wifi would load one webpage and then completely stop working and then the signal would eventually drop.
